Is this trainer suitable for all fitness levels and ages?
Yes, KOA MOVES is a versatile resistance trainer, making it perfect for both beginners and advanced users of most ages. Please note that we do not recommend children using KOA MOVES (see next question for more information). KOA MOVES has been tried and tested by people from a wide range of fitness levels and ages.
Can my children use KOA MOVES?
We generally do not recommend children using KOA MOVES, as the resistance bands are designed for adults. This means your child may not be able to perform the exercises properly. However, if your child is tall enough, can follow instructions, and is supervised by an adult, they can still benefit from it. Please consult your physiotherapist to determine if KOA MOVES is suitable for your child. Always ensure children are not left unattended when using KOA MOVES.
How soon will I see results?
Results vary depending on the individual, workout intensity, and frequency. Some people notice a difference right away. Try incorporating a few basic workouts into your routine daily or 5-6 times a week for 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, you can do longer sessions 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes. You should start to see improvements in balance, stability, and strength in a few weeks. Feel free to email us your experiences and results with photos.
What exercises can I perform with this resistance trainer?
You can perform a wide range of exercises targeting the whole body. Please refer to our workout page and YouTube channel for a list of exercises and workouts.
Are there different resistance levels available?
Yes, we offer three different strength of resistance bands. The KOA MOVES resistance trainer includes one set of medium resistance band. You can adjust the intensity by shortening or lengthening the bands. In addition, you can purchase light and heavy resistance bands from our shop, allowing you to vary the intensity of your workouts. Our light resistance bands are ideal for beginners and elderly KOA-movers. If you want more resistance for a tougher workout, go for the black bands. They offer a more challenging experience and are great for those looking to increase the intensity of their exercises.

The trainer is made of high-quality, durable materials such as heavy-duty rubber and strong, reinforced fabric. All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Using KOA MOVES with injuries
Can I use KOA MOVES post surgery for rehabilitation services?
Yes, KOA MOVES can be an excellent tool for regaining strength and balance post-surgery. However, it’s crucial to consult your doctor and allied health professionals before starting to use the device to ensure it's appropriate for your specific rehabilitation needs.
I have a hip/knee injury. Can I still use KOA MOVES?
If you have a hip or knee issue, it is highly recommended to consult your doctor before using KOA MOVES. Our chair-based exercises help relieve pressure on your hip and knee while still benefiting from the workout.
Shipping & returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped from Brisbane via Australia Post (regular parcel post). For specific shipping times to your area, please refer to the Australia Post website. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Can I return KOA MOVES if I changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
