12-month warranty

KOA MOVES is backed by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not apply under certain circumstances, including damage caused by prolonged exposure to moisture and sunlight, misuse, failure to adhere to recommended maintenance guidelines, use of the product for unintended purposes, tampering or modification of the product.
